The 100 season 5 episode 10 spoilers: Henry Ian Cusick directs!

The 100 season 5 episode 10 is coming your way on July 17, and from the very start it appears as though there is quite a bit to be excited about here. For starters, it begins with the incredibly-talented Henry Ian Cusick in the director’s chair! This is the second time in which he has taken on this role (he previously did so back in 2017), but to us there is always something that is rather exciting about getting to see a well-known cast member inhabit this role. It’s an opportunity to see them flex some creative muscles and show off a little more of their skill, and it’s also a skill that they can take with them long after work is done on the series … though with Cusick, we do certainly think that there is always going to be some acting work if he wants it.”

The 100 season 5 episode 10 spoilers: next episode, ‘The Warriors Will,’ to be directed by Henry Ian Cusick

“The 100 cast member Henry Ian Cusick is proving himself to be a man of many talents as he will be directing episode 10 of the show.

Cusick is normally in front of the camera as Marcus Kane but for the next episode he’s in the director’s chair. It’s a position he’s already experienced as he guest directed the episode called ‘The Other Side’ in season 4 back in 2017.”

Be sure to tune in for The Warriors Will on July 17th at the new time for The 100 …. 8 pm EST on The CW.

What an emotional ride The Other Side was!

Congratulations to Director Cusick, his writers Julie and Shawna Benson…. and all the cast and crew who made this episode of The 100 an awesome one!

One that left us crying both with tears of joy and sadness. Watching everyone dealing with the aftermath of the conclave and more importantly, the decisions made in spite of and in response to it, made for very emotional moments that contained suspenseful moments too!

In this post, we’ve collected press reviews/recaps about Ian’s first directorial episode and BTS photos from the set.

We hope you were able to watch it but if you haven’t seen it yet, The Other Side is available for online viewing now at The CW website: http://www.cwtv.com/shows/the-100

“The 100 season 4, episode 11 review: Earth Day”

“The episode also marked the directing debut of Henry Ian Cusick, who plays Kane. Not only was it a rousing success as far as directing debuts go, but I found it a particular stroke of brilliance to have this very character-heavy episode directed by someone going from acting to directing: Cusick is an actor’s director by virtue of being an actor himself, and was thus able to bring out the emotional truths of the incredibly intense, heart-wrenching scenes in Arkadia and on Science Island.”
